RULES VIDEO
A classic, well-made push-your-luck/nerve party game where you explore a cave that gets deeper each round, deciding every turn — simultaneously with everyone else — whether to go deeper for more treasure ('Go') or safely retreat to camp with what you've got ('Stop'). The deeper you go, the more treasure piles up, but the moment the same hazard card (spider, snake, mummy, etc.) shows up twice, everyone still inside loses all the treasure they've collected and is forced to flee — a thrilling risk-management system at its core.
※When there are 3 or fewer players, badly diluting the tense back-and-forth of timing your escape and the fun of splitting gems by however many remain; or when someone gets deeply stressed by a system where their assets can vanish instantly based purely on the luck of a dice roll or card draw rather than calculated risk.

New faces+−
♡♡♡♡♡ [Crowd-pleaser] The rules take barely two minutes to explain. The core is simply: "Going further? Hold your gems. Retreating? Show empty hands. Reveal at the same time!" — so even total beginners or a couple-swap game night hits basically zero rules barrier. The thrill and gasps every time hands are revealed together completely shatter first-meeting awkwardness.
Close friends+−
♡♡♡♡♡ [Dopamine explosion] With close friends, there's no bigger dopamine cheat code. Getting greedy and pushing to the edge together, only for disaster to strike and wipe everyone out at once, brings enormous shouting and roasting. And the catharsis of being the lone holdout while everyone else flees, calmly walking out with all the loot to yourself, delivers friendship-destroying levels of fun.
Strategy+−
♡☆☆☆☆ [Below weight class] For mid-level strategists who want elaborate, systemic depth, this game is far too light. Since it relies entirely on draw luck and reading other players' psychology, there's no room to build deep mind games or long-term portfolios, making it a non-starter as a main game.
Couple+−
♡☆☆☆☆ [Fundamentally a multiplayer game] This game needs at least 3 players (5-6 is best) for the simultaneous-choice thrill and gem-splitting competition to properly kick in. With just two, your opponent's choices become too easy to predict, completely deflating the tense dilemma and the benefit of leaving early (splitting among fewer remaining players), so it's not suited for date night.
Duel+−
♡☆☆☆☆ [Fundamentally a multiplayer game] It looks like intense psychological warfare, but as a system it simply doesn't work as a two-player head-to-head duel — it's a multiplayer-only party game. Its essence is the chaotic tension unique to having a crowd packed into the cave splitting gems while people peel off one or two at a time, watching each other nervously — so it's a non-starter as a rival match.
Gateway+−
♡☆☆☆☆ [Level 1 (Not recommended)] A classic party game that delivers intuitive dopamine and instant fun, but since luck and psychology dominate so heavily, it's not the right vehicle for teaching the essence of 'modern Euro strategy games' — optimizing resources and building a complex engine. There are far better games out there to serve as a strategy-gateway bridge.
