1. What the Service does

The Service is a free information site that ranks board games against the occasion, player count, rules weight and play time you choose, and provides game details and rules summaries.

We do not sell board games and have no part in stock, pricing, delivery or refunds.

Catalogue data is compiled by the operator and may differ from the actual product.

2. Accounts

Most features work without an account. Syncing ratings and submitting game suggestions require a Google sign-in.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may request deletion of your account at any time; linked ratings are deleted with it.

3. Your submissions

You keep the rights to game information and comments you submit.

By submitting, you grant the operator a free, non-exclusive licence to edit, translate, publish and reproduce that content as needed to run the Service and publish the catalogue.

Do not submit content that infringes copyright, is false, is advertising, or defames anyone. Such submissions may be rejected or removed without notice.

Submissions are reviewed and may or may not be added to the catalogue.

4. Affiliate links and commissions

Some buy links on game pages are affiliate links for Coupang Partners and the Amazon Associates Program. If you buy through them, the Service receives a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Commission does not affect ranking. Neither the presence of a buy link nor a price appears in the scoring formula, and games with no buy link regularly rank first.

Any purchase contract is between you and the retailer (Coupang, Amazon and their sellers). The Service is not a party to it and is not responsible for product quality, price, delivery, exchange or refunds — contact the retailer for those.

Product images and details shown with a link come from the affiliate programme and may differ from the live listing. We do not display prices; the price on the retailer’s page always governs.

5. Intellectual property

The site’s design, recommendation algorithm, and the operator’s own ratings and written descriptions belong to the operator. Beyond attributed quotation, they may not be copied, redistributed or scraped for republication.

Board game names, trademarks and cover art belong to their respective owners and are referenced here for identification and discovery only.

Rules videos are shown through YouTube’s embed feature and belong to their publishers; we do not rehost them.

If you believe something here infringes your rights, contact us and we will act without undue delay.

6. Prohibited use

Do not place excessive load on the Service, scrape it in bulk, disrupt its operation, or infringe the rights of other users or the operator.

Accounts that breach this may be restricted or removed.

7. Limits of responsibility

Recommendations and game data are provided for reference and guarantee no particular outcome.

For a service provided free of charge, the operator is not liable for damages absent wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.

The Service may be interrupted by force majeure or by outages at hosting and authentication providers, and may be changed or discontinued in whole or in part with prior notice (or after the fact where urgent).

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; changes are announced on the site at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days where they disadvantage users.

Korean law governs these terms, and disputes fall to the courts designated by the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
