RULES

Goal
Collect fish tokens to complete sets and score the most points.
Flow
Each turn, everyone simultaneously points a finger to choose one of: fishing at sea, stealing fish, or protecting fish.
Win
When the fish bag runs dry, tally scores — the highest total wins.
Twist
If multiple players target the same spot, nobody gets it — a bluffing, mind-reading standoff.

A bright, intuitive casual party/auction game where you play adorable pirate cats exploring a treasure island to grab as many treasure chests as you can. Simple card placement, a dice element, and light take-that sabotage mechanics blend together so that anyone can pick up the rules and start playing right away. Cute artwork and clear-cut goals make it a great party game for a short, easygoing laugh.

When played with just 2 players, the chaotic multiplayer tension and mind games drop off sharply; or when you're after a dense Euro strategy game with 2+ hours of careful calculation and tech-building.

Scores by situation

New faces+

♡♡♡♡★ [Safe Bet] The rules are explained in a quick 3 minutes, and the cute pirate cat theme gets everyone on the same page instantly, even total beginners or a couples' meetup. Great for sparking conversation and light laughs, making it an excellent icebreaker to melt first-meeting awkwardness.

Close friends+

♡♡♡♡☆ [Sure Thing] The petty rage and entertainment-tension when close friends steal each other's treasure or gang up on someone is great. Fast-paced and low-pressure, making it a can't-miss sub-card for lifting the mood at a hangout.

Strategy+

♡♡☆☆☆ [Undersized] It's not a game that demands precise engine-building or long-term strategic depth, so for an intermediate strategist crowd craving a heavy brain duel, it's too light and casual — even as a bridge card, it comes up short.

Couple+

♡♡♡♡☆ [Peaceful Weekend] The cute artwork and intuitive rules make it ideal for couples to sit side by side and chat comfortably. There's a light take-that element, but not enough to sour the mood — a small, cozy healing game.

Duel+

♡♡♡☆☆ [One-Off Match] In 2-player mode, the fun of a 1-on-1 mind game reading each other's moves and cards comes through in small doses. But given its light weight, it's better suited as a warm-up for a coffee-money bet than a serious main match.

Gateway+

♡♡♡☆☆ [Decent Gateway] Solid enough for teaching the basic board game joy of influence and interaction. But its casual systems aren't the right teacher for the grammar of modern Euro strategy games that carefully manage resources and build up tech.
